Terms of Use
The rules for using this website. The Reflexmark software is not publicly available, so nothing here grants you a licence to it.
Last updated 3 November 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the website reflexmark.com, operated by Thorsten Meyer, Blombergstrasse 11 C, 82393 Iffeldorf, Germany (see the Impressum). By using the site you accept them. They do not grant any right to use the Reflexmark software, which is in development and not publicly released.
2. What this site is
An informational website describing a project under development. Nothing on it is an offer, a commitment to deliver, a service-level promise or a guarantee that any described feature will exist in the form described — or at all. Descriptions of behaviour refer to work in progress.
3. Availability
The site is provided as-is and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time without notice. No uptime is promised.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, imagery and video on this site are protected by German copyright law and belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. You may read the site, print pages for your own use and quote it with attribution and a link. Republishing, systematic copying or commercial reuse requires written permission.
The name Reflexmark and the wordmark used here belong to the operator. Third-party names are the property of their respective owners and are used only descriptively. Reflexmark is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TypeSafe.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server it runs on, do not use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, and do not use the site in breach of applicable law. Crawling for search indexing and for AI agents is welcome within the limits set by robots.txt; the machine-readable description at llms.txt exists for exactly that purpose.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to a small number of external pages. The operator has no influence over their content and accepts no responsibility for it. Links were checked at the time of linking; see the Disclaimer.
7. Liability
The operator is liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability arises only from the breach of an essential contractual obligation and is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of such a contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. Beyond this, liability is excluded.
8. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
9. Consumer dispute resolution
The operator is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remainder is unaffected.
